2. Rates for rooms are quoted per day for single or double occupancy.  Extra Adults (over 18 years) are an additional $10.00 per person per day.  Children, 18 years and under, are free when they stay with their parents in the same room .   Rollaways are available for Lodge rooms and are $10.00 per night.  Rates for cottages are quoted per day for the unit.  Allowable occupancy is limited depending on the unit.

3. Check-In Time is after 3:00 P.M. Check-Out Time is noon. 

4. Your reservation request is confirmed when one nights advance deposit is received.   This may be done by credit card, check or money order.  All state resort parks accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diner's Club Credit Cards.   A written confirmation will be mailed to you if time permits.

5. If your plans change, refunds are issued through the Central Administration Office providing you cancel directly with the resort 5 days in advance of your arrival date.

6. While every effort is made to accommodate our guests as they request, rooms and cottages may not be reserved by specific number.

7. Resort rooms and cottages feature full maid service. Resort cottages with kitchenettes are not equipped with pots, pans, utensils or dinnerware.   Beavers Bend Cabins have fully equipped kitchens.  Cooking is not permitted in Lodge rooms.

8. Pets are welcome in cottages only.  They must be on a leash while in the park.

9. Save $3.00 per night on guest rooms and cottages, Sunday thru Thursday nights in value and Summer Season.  Does not apply to major holiday weekends or Beavers Bend.

l0. Senior Citizens (age 62 and older) discount is available Sunday through Thursday nights during the Value and Summer Seasons and any day during the Winter.  Disabled Discount available year round.  Call for details on how you may qualify.

11. All of our Resorts offer incentive discount programs for weekday and extended stay visits.  You may qualify!

WHEN YOU CALL AND ASK ABOUT THE CEO PROGRAM which is 3 day get one free. This now costs $20.00 per year for a membership card. All of the resorts and parks have either cabins with kitchens or a small refrigerator and microwave. The one bedrooms sleeps four people. Some of the parks will let you bring a sleeping bag for one person if the children can't sleep together. Some parks have 2 bedrooms . All have activities for children especially in the summertime. Its all according to the weather. Some activities close during the winter months. The State 2000 guide will not be available until March. We suggest if you want to make a reservation at the resorts or parks and especially on the week-end you do it as soon as possible. They do have a cancellation policy. *50 AMP ELECTRIC HOOKUP charge is a $1.00 addition to the current utility fee and is in effect year-round.

**Unimproved, tent sites, primitive camping daily rate is PER TENT or CAMPING UNIT. (Camping unit refers to any method used for remaining overnight for the purpose of camping in a state park, which includes, but is not limited to tents, vehicles, cots, or sleeping bags, i.e. EACH tent is considered a separate camping unit.) "Family Unit" rule still applies.

***The ASSIGNED AREA fee is in addition to the Total Daily Rate.

****RESERVATION FEE: Campsite reservations made at those parks accepting reservations will be charged a $5.00 reservation fee. The reservation fee is NOT REFUNDABLE in case of cancellation.

NOTE: Utility rates will be reduced by $1.00 after Labor Day weekend through May 14.

If you run into a Corps lake or camping spot make reservations at  (National Recreation Reservation Service™) It is a joint program of the USDA Forest Service and US Army Corps of Engineers, providing a one-stop resource for customers to reserve camping facilities managed by these two agencies.

The Corps of Engineers was given the authority by the Congress to collect Day Use fees as part of deficit reduction legislation the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1993. The funds generated from these fees are used to help pay the operation and maintenance costs in the Corps’ recreation program.

• A fee of $1 per person, but not more than $4 per vehicle, is charged at developed swimming beaches.

• A fee of $3 is charged at selected boat launching ramps that have additional amenities. 

The maximum Day Use fee to any one vehicle per day is $4.
There are no Day Use fees for children under 12 years of age.
Registered campers will not pay Day Use fees in addition to camping fees.

Annual passes may be purchased which permit vehicle and accompanying passengers to use all boat launching ramps and swimming beaches at Corps operated areas without further charges.  This is a nation-wide program.

Annual Day Use Passes can be obtained at the Corps lake offices, from the District headquarters building in Tulsa, or via the mail.  Mail this request and payment to:
